Efficient and Effective - Good Support Team

I recently purchased the 120gb data SIM card from Vietnam esim and I must say, it was the best value for money SIM I could find. However, upon landing in Vietnam, I was disappointed to find out that it wasn't working. My initial thought was that I had been scammed, but the help team quickly responded to my message and informed me that Vietnam was cracking down on large SIM cards without identity checks.

To my surprise, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue by offering me 15gb of data and $5 USD credit, which I used to call my family back home. I was impressed by their customer service, as they responded instantly to my queries via WhatsApp.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Vietnam esim. Their support team was efficient, effective, and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. I am settling in the US, I have a trip to Vietnam for 30 day Tet Holiday. I bought an esim but didn't find out that Samsung S20 FE phone can't use eSIM. I sent an email to cancel the esim. Vietnam eSIM happily agreed and refunded for me within 3 working days
